FAQ

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT AVAILABILITY FOR NEW PROJECTS?

QPS is currently available to take on new paralegal work.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROJECTS?

The turnaround time depends, of course, on the scope of the project. When first learning about a new project, QPS will consider the expected goals involved and provide the attorney with an estimated turnaround time. QPS will also provide the attorney with periodic updates on the project and communicate any complications or anticipated delays with meeting the deadline.

HOW DOES QPS NORMALLY STRUCTURE ITS PRICING?

Our services are priced by the nature of the project and the level of expertise required for your project. Services are billed in either straight hourly rates or using a flat fee arrangement by the project – so the attorney who contracts with QPS can choose the rate that works best for them!

WHAT EXPENSES CAN BE SAVED BY HIRING A CONTRACT PARALEGAL SUCH AS QPS?

All invoices from QPS are submitted on a monthly or bi-monthly basis and can be submitted as a direct “pass-through” cost or included on invoices to your clients. When the paralegal’s invoice is submitted in this manner, your firm will be able to maximize your bottom line without incurring the necessary salary, benefits and other overhead expenses associated with having permanent paralegals employed on your staff.
