Focus on Confidentiality:

All of the paralegals at QPS are certified paralegals in good standing with the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegals (NALA) and are bound by the NALA Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, the NALA Model Standards and Guidelines for the Utilization of Paralegals, and the ABA Model Guidelines for the Utilization of Paralegal Services.

About the Founder of QPS:

Pam Knapp holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree and has worked as a paralegal for over 30 years in various law firms and corporate legal environments. Pam obtained national certification as a paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegals (NALA) in May 1991 and has consistently met the continuing legal education requirements to maintain that certification. Pam is the Founder and Paralegal Coordinator for QPS. She has worked as a legal secretary, paralegal, and firm administrator in both small and large law firms and obtained valuable insight from a client’s perspective while working in corporate legal departments.

Pam is passionate about working as part of your legal team to uncover the hidden details of your case and assemble the puzzle pieces to accomplish the most favorable outcome for your client.  She enjoys identifying problems and offering solutions, seeing beyond the surface to uncover the hidden details, and being accessible throughout every aspect of your case.  Pam's perseverance and focused work ethic has enabled her to cultivate client relationships built on respect, loyalty, and trust.
